Disease Management Coordinator
Job Description The Disease Management Recruiter is responsible for supporting the goals and objectives of the Disease Management Department. Primary functions include telephonic recruitment and enrollment of members into the disease management programs. The Disease Management Recruiter would also utilize acquired skills to identify, stratify, evaluate, educate, and provide interventions for members to achieve optimal program goals and outcomes.
